The good doctor seems to have more trouble than just having to deal with being the one who gave Michael Jackson fatal doze of Propofol.
Now he lawyered up to deal with having only 4 more days before a judge will issue bench warrant for his arrest. He apparently missed child support case hearing on October 7th. His lawyer, Chris Aaron claims that there is a perfectly good explanation, that missing the court date was not intentional, that it was simply an oversight. And that his legal team is desperately trying to work out temporary solution with the District Attorney's office.
Dr. Murray supposedly has every intention to resolving and taking care of his responsibilities. So - OK - you have to ask why he didn't take care of the child support at the first place.
He is accused of defaulting on his child support payments for his 10-year old son to the tune of $13,311.47, but I am not sure what time period that covers.
Either way - whatever it is, the fact still remains that he defaulted. Another oversight? This guy is really something else!
