Lindsay's lawyers are hot on this issue - asking her to reveal every details of her experience in a deposition. If she in fact did get strip searched in the Lynwood Correctional Facility, class action suit that is getting prepared will allege unlawful strip and body cavity searches, performed by the L.A. County Sheriff's deputies. This supposedly happened to another inmate - when Lindsay checked into the jail. But they figure - if it happened then, it happened to Lindsay as well. That is why they want her to spill all in the deposition.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs have filed with the Federal Court yesterday to make sure she files the deposition while she is in the jail and they also sent a letter to Shawn Chapman Holley - Lohan's lawyer asking Lindsay would agree to the deposition.

The suit basically claims that female inmates were openly strip searched in a parking lot and their privacy rights were violated. Needless to say that something like that is definitely not sanitary. And since sherrif's officials did say that Lindsay has been treated just like any other prisoner....

As much as she couldn't believe that she actually had to go to jail, she is there now for just over a week and doing OK.

Lindsay checked herself into a facility in West Hollywood - her mom, her sister and Sam Ronson were doing their best to keep her spirits up. And we all already heard that Robert Shapiro has been hired to help Lindsay either reduce or eliminate the jail sentence. Shapiro will try to go for sending Lindsay to rehab immediately - we will see what the judge will say to that.

Part of Lindsay's sentence is to check into a rehab for 90 days after her jail time so not sure what Shapiro's strategy is in asking to have her go into rehab right away. But if it would give her double the rehab time , that would be definitely beneficial and she could get back on her feet quite nicely.

There was a recent report from the Lynwood Correctional Facility - and we hear that Lindsay is not getting any special treatment - the report actually said that some of her closest friends are murderers. That is because most of the women where Lindsay is housed are in for killing someone. Does that not seems a little weird to have her there? But - apparently, she is being very nice, mostly keeping to herself and handling the whole situation calmly.

Either way and whatever comments are coming out - we hope she gets the help she needs and will make some positive news when she comes out of rehab!

They are so dissatisfied with their contract situation that they decided to refuse to shoot scenes for the upcoming third season . On no uncertain terms, Ronnie, Sammi, Pauly D, Vinny and JWoww said they were not doing anything until their contracts are fixed. And The Situation and Snooki joined the rest of the cast shortly after - they are all saying they can just do appearances for couple of months and make more money that way.

The producers form 495 Productions are not being co-operative and are ready to close the door on the whole show. They claim the cast is now hurting the show and this is the last straw.

The current contract gives each cast member $10,000 per episode and that was agreed on for season 2. So the cast feels they are being cheated since that was Miami and now it is the Shore.

We have noted that The Situation is being tempted by a very sweet new contract and that made the rest of the cast and the crew even angrier.

The bottom line? We will have to wait and see, but rumour has it that MTV feels they have the right group right now and wants to keep the cast the way it is.

It sure looks like all hell broke loose over Mel Gibson and his somewhat unreal activities. They include domestic violence, child endangerment and assault with a deadly weapon - so it is a pretty sure thing that the case will be on its way to the prosecutor's office - and fast.

Oksana Grigorieva has told the investigators that Mel physically abused her and was making threats many times. There were a number of violent incidents in January and February and apparently Mel knocked out one of her teeth. She says she feared not only for her safety but also for the safety of her child, because Mel's behaviour was so violent and abusive. And she does report that she told her dentist in January that Mel knocked out her tooth and chipped another one. The interesting thing is that the dentist never reported the incident  - and under California Law, a health practitioner must report to the police if he or she "reasonably suspects assaultive or abusive conduct". So this dentist could be an interesting witness if Mel is prosecuted for domestic violence.

Mel of course denied hitting Oksana in the face and knocking out her tooth and his lawyers have filed legal papers in the custody war, asking the judge to hold Oksana in contempt.

Why the contempt charges? Oksana is allegedly responsible for leaking secretly-recorded tapes of Mel's furious statements and there was a restraining order against Oksana late last month that prohibited her from releasing the tapes. The common belief is that she sold the tapes for pretty big bucks.

Of course Oksana denies that, stating that she never meant for those tapes to get to public and has absolutely no idea who is responsible for the leak. Oh - and that she feels terrible about it. The tape she secretly recorded actually has Mel saying :"You f***ing deserved it" when it comes to the teeth incident.

Still - Mel and his lawyers are not buying the story that she didn't leak out the tapes and there is a lot of documentation that proves Oksana trying to get money from Mel in exchange of keeping the tapes secret.

So now Mel's lawyers are planning to meet with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department to present evidence - and that would include evidence of alleged extortion.
