Last night's season finale of The Hills definitely did not disappoint, I'm not even sure where to start!
It was a great week for Heidi all around, when she gets spared from actually making her union to Spencer legal, and she got to reconnect with her ex-best friend Lauren.
After redeeming herself at Bolthouse by pulling off a big event and managed to not get drunk or invite her boyfriend in the process, she spotted Lauren across the room and thought it would be a good time to take a stab at another talk.
This one actually went well...awkward...but well. After Heidi started crying about her strained relationship with her mother Lauren offered a hug and the reassurance of her helping hand if Heidi ever REALLY needed it.
It was a surprisingly touching moment, but we can't forget to mention that during this 5 minute convo, Lauren downed a glass of champagne like it was the last drink she'd ever have.
In other exciting news, Spencer took Heidi down to the court house to make their Mexican union legal, against her familys wishes, not to mention Heidi has been talking about wanting a big traditional wedding for the last 3 years!
After some wise words from little Steph Pratt, Heidi said her vows, and Spencer gave her the out, letting her know that he's sorry for pushing her into something she doesnt want, and he is willing to wait and give her the wedding she wants, with her family in tow.
I almost dropped dead when I saw Spencer do the right thing - I mean i've never witnessed it so I wasnt sure how to process it.
On MTV's aftershow, LC announced the show is not over and more episodes will be released in the Spring. Until then, we have Whitney's spin off The City to look forward to starting next Monday night!

Last night's episode of The Hills was, for the most part, pretty boring. But a true Hills fan knows to never, ever discount the last three minutes of the episode! That's when the real dirt goes down.
The main storyline last night revolved around the Pratts and their Nana, who was adorable and super cool to appear on an MTV reality show.
Spencer made Stephanie look bad in front of their grandmother for the pair not spending enough time together. In turn, Stephanie stole Nana away for some alone time to rag on her obnoxious brother and out him on his constant mean antics towards her.
The rest of the episode was dedicated to Audrina trying to figure out how to win Lauren's friendship back, after accusing her of hooking up with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bobby, and Lauren trying to figure out how to get rid of Audrina as a friend.
Of course the get-along gang were there to talk out the situation with LC. The always eloquent and wise Lo tried to impart her blonde wisdom - as usual. While the ever classy Brody Jenner simply asked Lauren "So why you bangin' Justin?"
But in the end, Audrina and Lauren met up at a quiet restaurant to talk things over. Audrina apologized for mistrusting her best friend, and then broke down, seemingly having an epiphany over her cocktail. Apparently - Audrina's lost herself - sniff sniff.
Please - you don't trust slimey Justin Bobby - which you shouldnt! In fact, you should've dumped his ass a few years ago. And as for Lauren - well, she's pretty whiney - but I'd take her friendship over a relationship with JB any day!

In last night's episode of The Hills Audrina completely lost her mind, along with a best friend and boyfriend most likely.
Apparently one of Audrina's good friends, Dino, (whoever that is) let her know that her main man Justin Bobby, and her best friend LC, had hooked up. He went into details about the hook up and was "very sinceire" about the rumour.
The brunette bimbo then called Justin, cursing him out and telling her she hated him, then wondered why he didn't return her calls for a week.
She also called Lauren to ask her to redeem herself about 20 times.
On top of this, she called all of their mutual friends to share the rumour, which was what made Lauren most upset - Heidi deja vu?
As you can imagine, neither Lauren nor Justin were too impressed with her reaction to this insane rumour and did not handle it lightly.
Two meetings between the girls turned into yelling matches, including my favourite line of the season from Lauren: "Justin is disgusting, I'd rather kill myself than hook up with him!"
And Justin told her flat out she was being insane and immature, and "there is something wrong there dude."
I don't really blame the girl for airing the rumour to the accused culprits, but she went way overboard blaming the pair for something they both denied repeatedly doing.
Now there's more in Audrina's life that doesn't look good besides her implants!

Could the queen of the idiots, Heidi Montag, finally be wising up to the fact that her idiot boyfriend Spencer is not good for her?
On last night's episode of The Hills, Heidi had to beg for her job back from Sam, big-wig of Bolthouse.
He seemingly reluctantly offered her a trial position at one of his new hotels, but not before telling her to make sure she kept Spencer far away from anything work related.
I believe his exact words were "I dont even know what's going on there - but that's your business." Classic!
The episode started with Heidi blaming Spencer for her losing her job in the first place, which he of course denied and scoffed at.
The episode ended with the sister who has not sustained plastic surgery trauma, Holly Montag, popping back on the scene, this time as Lauren's house guest - since her darling sister kicked her out a couple of episodes ago.
After a wine session with the girls - LC and Lo, Holly vented about how Spencer is affecting Heidi's life. Of course Lauren had plenty to say about the topic, only blaming Spencer though interestingly enough.
The best part about last night's episode, however, was the preview for next week's show.
Holly pays Heidi a vist and lets her know exactly what everyone thinks of her ridiculously stupid boyfriend. After Spencer is once again rude, inconsiderate and selfish, Heidi FINALLY lets him know that HE is the problem in her life.
Could this lead to a break up for Spiedi? I doubt it - both of those kids know how to get publicity - and a break up will be their last headline. Who would have interest in either one of them seperately?
