Britney has apparently filed (with some help from her support camp) a response to her ex-leech’s lawsuit against her last week.

In a four-page document that was apparently the brain work of her dad Jamie Spears and her legal guy Andrew Wallet (very appropriately named), each issue that Sam Lufti raised is being demolished. And so is he along with all his beefs , including the one about being owed some serious cash for being her manager.

Britney’s clan workers claim the contract between her and Lufti was oral and it is now effectively void because he made false promises in order for her to agree to it. So far – no surprises. But looks like daddy Spears also had to file a response to the claims of assault filed against him by Sam Lufti!

And what does Sam have to say about all this? He doesn’t say much, but his attorney Bryan Freedman is remaining confident that their claims would prevail. Says he: “I was hardly shocked that they didn’t agree with our position. But I think there is ample evidence of this contract. There are writings that indicate the same. At the end of the day there won’t be much dispute about this.”

So – which day will that be, you think? The same one when Sam will have to shell out all of Britney’s legal expences or the day he smiles all the way to the bank?
