It's that time of year again.. Spring has sprung and a new season of MTV's most popular reality show is gearing up. The Hills is back!

Last night on a special episode of The After Show with MTV personalities Jesse and Dan, Lauren Conrad herself joined to talk about the upcoming season of The Hills, which starts next Monday, April 6 at 10pm.

She dished about the heart to heart she had with frenemie Heidi Montag at her birthday bash. The scene is full of tears and hugging and reminiscing between the two. Looks oh so touching, but I don't think this  ends up in a reunion for the lost friends, because at the end of it all, Spencer is still in the picture.

Speaking of Spencer, he creates even more drama than we've seen from him thus far - if that's possible. In true Pratt style, he gets caught flirting with a bartender while out on the town without his wifey.
Spencer's loyal sister's boyfriend (what's his name again?) texted Stephanie to rat him out. Heidi immediately called him on it, which turned into the bar fight of the century!
I don't much like watching fights, but this was a pretty good one. Too bad it doesnt look like Spencer got his ass kicked more though.

The other dish worth sharing is a little convo we got to see a glimpse of betwen Steph and Audrina, discussing whether Audrina should hook up with none other than Brody Jenner!
What happened to good old Justin Bobby! Oh how I'll miss him if he's off the show.

So there's the wrap up. I personally can not wait for this, the last season, of my favourite fake reality show, The Hills.
