Season 9 champion Big Brother Adam Jasinski is in fact in quite a pile of trouble. Couple days ago, he was formerly charged with possession of Oxycodone with the intent to distribute. That alone could cost him about 20 years behind bars.

The indictment calls for Adam to hand over all his monies and properties and that will include the $500,000 Big Brother prize, which he was using to fund his illegal activities. And no bail for him either - apparently the judge considers him a flight risk.

And he is not getting help from anyone - especially not from his former housemate on the Big Brother show. Sheila Kennedy, who was the 3^rd place winner is speaking out - and being very easy on Adam - that's for sure. She says that when she found out, she cried and cried and cried, because it made her sick that he got into that mess. She was one of the 6 people who voted to award Adam the $500,000 prize and now feels betrayed. It really bothers her that he promised to give $100,000 donation to an Autism foundation - and that really should bother him a lot as well!

And Sheila is not the only one lashing out - other also hope that the judge will throw the book at Adam.

So it really looks like the guy just used the dollars to fund a prescription drug ring. He was already nabbed last month in Massachusetts after trying to deal 2,000 pills of Oxycodone - to a government informant.

If convicted, Adam faces 20 years lock up and up to million dollars in fines - good for him!

What would you say about a guy who rakes up $700 bar tab in 6 hours? Not much I guess! What would you say if those 6 hours took place between 7am and 1pm? Raise your eyebrows - it's OK - anyone would! And what would you say if you found that the guy is Kiefer Sutherland with numerous DUI convictions?  How about: Get some help guy!

So he did rakes up $700 in the morning hours in The Spot in San Pedro, California right after wrapping up a shoot nearby. Apparently he was throwing back scotches and cokes and buying drinks for everyone in the room - that was about 30 people in the tune of $500 - just drinks - no food. And the tip? You guessed it- $200.

The only good thing is  - he had a designated driver when he left the bar.

Kiefer has just been throwing the dough around lately - went on a some sort of celebratory bender in Covina, California after quickly purchasing two Kawasaki street bikes for $20,000. After the buy, Kiefer and some friends - including few bike shop employees headed over to Clancy's bar near by. He was so happy about the purchase, he was slamming the shot down hard until 2 in the morning - even falling down hard at one point.

And again - assurance that he had a driver. At least that - but really - get some help guy! All we hear lately is your drinking and throwing money away achievements!

Ryan Seacrest had a restraining order against Chidi Uzomah that ordered him to stay away at least 100 yards form Ryan and also stay clear of Ryan's home, job and vehicle. And of course - no contact - direct or indirect - with Ryan. That restraining order was filed by Ryan's lawyer Blair Berk.

Now Uzomah has handcuffs on his wrists and it turns out that he was training to be an actor, but that doesn't take away from the fact that everyone around Ryan was convinced that Uzomah presents a real danger. So he is being held for felony stalking.

He was already convicted last month for three misdemeanours, after attacking Ryan's bodyguard at a hospital in Orange County - and he did have a knife in his pocket. Just a few days before this incident, he went to the Secrets of Acting studio and met with acting coach Charles Tentindo. Said he wanted training and did a scene - oddly enough -  some kind of an interrogation stuff - where he was to act as a witness and we hear he is pretty much terrible. And Tentindo also said that Uzomah seemed very sad and depressed - like he had a black cloud over him.

He was just put on probation for one year and ordered to stay away from Ryan. So now the DA has a reason to slap him with violating his probation.

He was taken into custody now - just a little while after showing up at the E! Building in Los Angeles - and yes - he was carrying a knife.

Let's hope Ryan can breathe easier now and go on doing what he does so well!

So it's for real - Sarah Palin's grandson's daddy will show off in Playgirl. Just what he will show off - nobody knows - apparently - one side or the other. He is going to pose sometimes this month so I guess for all those who are curious - we will know soon!

He has been hitting the gym hard every day for the last three week and of course - he has a personal trainer for that.

How much he is getting for it has not been disclosed - maybe it depends on what he is willing to bare. Now he is getting all kinds of publicity just having some interesting word fights with his not-really mother-in-law Sarah Palin. She will be making her debut on Oprah on November 16^th - and that is the day he will be doing the shoot. We will just have to wait to see what she will say about all that - my guess is that it will not be the most complimentary statement or two!

Couple of doctors who played prominent roles in MJ's life are still very much in the picture. And the one that is really using the relationship to its fullest is of course Dr. Conrad Murray - the one who gave Michael that lethal injection.

Dr. Murray is actually blaming Michael and his company for his failure to pay child support! The good thing here is that the DA of Clark County, Nevada is not buying it. It is pretty clear that the inadequate child support payment history goes way back before June of last year. And he also clearly shows a pattern of not abiding by the child support orders. So - the good doctor will have get his butt to court again on November 16^th and this time - he has to give full financial disclosure. Will he? Good guess! But one thing is clear - this guy is going to end up behind bars one day soon!

And there is Dr. Arnold Klein - one of Michael's closest friends and another one of his long time doctors. He has now filled creditor's claim against the estate, claiming that is he owed $47,522.89 for what he provided for Michael in the 3 months before his death. And we hear that majority of services are of I.M injections - that is a commonly code used for Demerol. For what? You name it - the list for the reasons is extensive and includes things like: acne treatments and lip treatments. But get this - he injected Michael 51 times in the 3 months! How is that possible? Well - ya - it is when he charges $7500 for one weekend visit.

Somehow - these little pieces of information are getting more and more ridiculous. And it's not going to stop any time soon - you can bet on that!

Henry Ian Cusick - Desmond on the show "Lost" was being sued for sexual harassment by Chelsey Stone. She claimed that while working the show, Cusick put her hand on her buttocks and proceeded to caress her body, making moaning sounds. She further claimed that his head was on top of her breasts and his face was moving from side to side. And - he was squeezing her breasts to boot!

She filed the suit because less than 2 weeks after this happened, she was let go. So she also named ABC and Grass Skirt Production as defendants, seeking unspecified damages.

As it turns out - Henry Ian Cusick is now off the hook - he settled with her. And of course - the lawyers say that all terms are confidential.

So - there you go - that is what can happen when you get "Lost" for a while!

Jackie Jackson went to see Michael's movie "This is It" on Thursday and we are finally finding out what the family thinks about it.

Jackie liked it a lot - calling it truly riveting and adding that Michael is electrifying. It is a genius at work with passionate message for healing the world, saving the planet and protecting our children's future. The movie is extending what he was striving for in his lifetime.

The family has been either negative or silent about the movie until now and still - Katherine Jackson is unmoved - she will not see the movie. Neither will LaToya, but Michael's 3 children do want to see it.

It would be interesting to find out what they thought of it once they see it - but there is a little chance of that. We do hope that it will reinforce their love for their father and leave them with another positive memory!

Can you believe that Richard Heene - that crazy dad of now famous "Balloon Boy"- has been reported to the LA Department of Children and Family Services before?

That is actually what he himself admitted in a handwritten statement in 2006 - when he was filing a restraining order against a guy who worked for his production company. That was in 2004. And it was the guy - Matt Wineroth- who reported Richard sometimes before 2006 - for what is not clear or disclosed.

But it does get a little crazy here - Wineroth was arrested for a suspicion of stealing computer records from Henne's company. And that is why the restraining order - to stop Wineroth from falsely reporting derogatory information - like the report to Children's and Family services.

Well - the restraining order was not granted. Why? Richard Heene was a no show in court.

I tell you what this is all about - the guy orchestrated the balloon hoax and now he is milking the publicity he is getting for all it's worth. And all I can do is hope that nobody actually let's him have a TV show - there is nothing to gain and it certainly is no entertainment!

The evidence is pretty clear - Larimer County Sheriff Jim Anderden stated in a new conference. The runaway balloon , that caused so much hoopla was a "hoax" and a publicity stunt to promote a reality show. The stunt has been planned for two weeks - and the cops have a proof of that.

The sheriff says that they will be filling charges against Richard and Mayumi Heene very soon. And one of the charges will be contributing to the delinquency of a minor - and that is a felony. There are other charges being considered - like - conspiracy, false reporting and attempt to influence an officer.  

So - these people could end up in jail for six years - that is the maximum sentence - and pay $500,000 fine. Also - Child Protective Services have been notified and are investigating.

Another thing to consider is that the sheriff's department will seek reimbursement of all expences the county incurred  - and wow - that could be costly.

And what are the Heene's saying? Denying this - of course, trying to convince everyone that it was genuine panic after the balloon took off and that they really, really thought their son was in it. Sure.....

Hundreds of thousands of dollars of jewellery was taken from the home of Kourtney Kardashian's home in Calabasas townhome on Saturday night. Kourtney discovered the break-in around 8:30 pm when she returned home. The home is in a gated community so that L.A. County's Sheriffs department has to wonder how it could happen.

If you are wondering what kind of stuff was stolen - Cartier watch worth about $30,000, Rolex watch that was actually owned by Kourtney's boyfriend and a whole bunch of diamonds. But apparently what is really upsetting her is that she is missing some very special vintage jewellery that her dad, Robert Kardashian has left her.

We will just have to be watching this to see what develops.....
