The man police have been looking for a while now has been found dead at the Thunderbird Motel In Hope, B.C. He apparently took his own life after being charged August 20 with the murder of his wife Jamine Fiore. Her mutilated body was found in a suitcase inside of a dumpster in Buena Park, California on August 15^th.

We heat that |Jenkins checked into the motel on Friday – he was dropped of by a woman in her early 20s who drove a silver PT Cruiser with Alberta licence plates. She only stayed for a little while – about 20 minutes and then was not seen again. The room for paid for 2 days and when Jenkins didn’t check out as he was supposed to, the manager and his nephew went to check on him. Not getting any answer at the door, they entered and found Jenkins hanging by his belt from a coat rack. The only other thing in the room was an opened laptop on the desk .

Jenkin’s body was found by motel staff – and the investigation into the circumstances of his death is continuing. Jenkins was ID’ed through fingerprints so there is no doubt about the identity.

The really sad thing in all if this is that Jenkins will not stand before the jury for the horrible crime he had committed.

It is almost certain that Michael Jackson’s children, Michael Jr., Paris and Prince will be enrolled in the Buckley School. Not really a surprise, that is where Tito’s children as well as other members of the Jackson’s clan did go. And Tito’s wife Dee Dee (now diseased) was a president of the Buckley’s Parent Association.

Katherine Jackson is apparently seriously considering ending the kid’s home schooling days and sending them off to the most exclusive school in LA. She showed up at different events at the school and we hear that she just loves it! The school is quite close to their Encino home – and it is very heavily protected – so the bet is that it is where they will end up getting educated.

There is only one little problem – the school is very difficult to get into and the classes start in a few days. Not sure if the applications went in yet.

And one more note that could possibly influence whether they will attend there or not – if you think that out the results that is – Paris Hilton, Kim, Kourtney and Kloe Kardashians went there too.... Well – I would take that into consideration.

Here is story – interesting or not – it is news.

Back in 1989 the Hef married blond beauty Kimberley Conrad and yes – he did have her sign a prenup. The love knot stayed tied for 9 years and that is an eternity in Hollywood! Then they split but guess what? Never divorced! On the split, signatures went again on an amendment to the prenup, one that guaranteed Kimberley a whole lot of dough.

The time went on and Kimberley was living happily with their two sons in a house next to the the Playboy mansion. And everybody was happy until Hef decided to sell the house. Why you ask? No idea , but for some strange reason he stated that he was not going to honour the agreement and gave her 9 months to get out of the house.

Last week I told you about Kate Gosselin calling the cops to their Pennsylvania home – that was because when she arrived there, she was denied entry. What apparently happened is that the twins, Kate’s eldest daughters Mady and Cara, called her because they were very uncomfortable with Jon’s touchy-feely behaviour with the babysitter Stephanie Santoro. Jon became pretty furious about her showing up at the house and that is what started the feud that resulted in the police presence.

Honestly, Jon just seems to be a bigger and bigger idiot as the time goes on and my vote for sympathy definitely goes to Kate. It is pretty clear that he decided to start sowing his wild oats all over the place, but, really – can you take it somewhere else that to the house with your kids in it?

This whole mess will end up in front of a judge soon and custody war should end up there! And it should be one result only: Kids go with mommy and daddy better be good when they come to visit – or else!

The Jackson family spokesman has announced that Michael will be laid to rest on August 29^th at the Holly Terrace in the Great Mausoleum at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park. It would have been Michael’s 51^st birthday.

 Only family and close friends will be present and just in case you were planning to visit and drop off some flowers – forget it. The Mausoleum is not opened to the public. Only property owners and family members are allowed and anyone trying to trespass will be caught on many security cameras that guard the place.

Michael will be resting along stars like Clark Gable and Jean Harlow – quite appropriate for a star of his magnitude, but I am thinking if that is what he would have wanted. He loved his fans and as much as he tried to remain a private person, this may just be a little too much privacy. Millions wish they could stand by his resting place for a minute and pay their respects to the King of Pop – so Graceland this isn’t!

Not sure who called 911 – but Kate Gosselin was seen checking into Days Inn Hotel – all by herself. And apparently that – as well as the 911 call – was the result of huge fight with Jon.

This happened at their Pensylvania home and reports say that the two of them just went ballistic on each other just before midnight. Caps did show up but didn’t arrest anyone and all they are saying is that there was an argument.

And it was Jon’s turn to be with the kids – so Kate went off to the hotel.

Well – I don’t know about these people. And you do have wonder how all of this is going to affect the kids. Can’t be good, that’s for sure.

Kate was on Live with Regis and Kelly yesterday and she did say that their focus in life in so totally different now that reconciliation is not on the horizon. Unless it will be written into the script – right?

It is a shocker to hear that the autopsy report on Billy Mays revealed cocaine use as the contributing cause of death of the famous pitchman who died suddenly in his home in Florida on June 28^th.

Hillsborough County press release also stated contributing factors being hypertensive and arteriosclerotic heart disease. And – there is a long list of drugs this guy was into – Vicodin, Oxycodone (painkiller), Alprazolam (Xanax), Nordiazepam (Valium), Benzoylecgonine (By-product of cocaine) and Temazepam (Anti-anxieny). Further surprise: alcohol was also in Billy’s system.

I guess this answers some other questions – like how did he manage to be so up and nuts to do what he did!

You could say you really made it when you have your own stalker. But I bet Miley was not enjoying having 53-year old Mark McLeod showing up pretty much everywhere she was. Police in Georgia report that they searched his house in Appling and found numerous items, including a computer with tons of pictures and letters to Miley.

This guy was arrested in June while making inappropriate comments in the crowd that gathered around the makings of Miley’s latest pic. He claimed that he is her boyfriend and she talks to him through her pictures. Well – the cops did take him in but they also let him go – apparently because of jail over-crowding! You think they would ship him off to the nearest mental institution – but they just let him disappear into the crowd again.

But now he is in jail, was properly served search warrant and stuff was seized following the search of his residence. So – he will have to stand in front of a judge and let’s hope it will be a while before he walks out again.

Meanwhile – Miley does have a temporary restraining order against him and I am sure she also has some well trained bodyguards to guard her from this creep or any others that may have same ideas!

Media Enterprises will start the search August 19^th in Tampa, FL and will continue across the country. The main attribute you need to have – of course – booming voice and as much enthusiasm as Billy Mays had.

The first product that will need to be sold – Mighty Sponge – a sponge that can apparently absorb 2 liters of Coke.

And don’t knock it – the gig could be very lucrative for whoever will land the prize position – Billy Mays had reportedly earned seven figures for one day’s work.

To me – that sounds like a really easy sell!

Wondering if this is a negotiating stunt or if it is for real... But Paula Abdul did did tweet her bye bye to American Idol.

Her exact words?

"With sadness in my heart, I've decided not to return to Idol. I'll miss nurturing all the new talent, but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from day 1 become an international phenomenon."

Paula has apparently been negotiating for a big raise, but the deadline which was this week has come and gone. So you have to wonder – is she really leaving?
