So Tiger's tournament went on without Tiger and hats off to all network and Golf channel commentators for sticking to the event happenings!

Tiger did reach out to those who also very much matter to him - his sponsors. His website had an added note on it yesterday: "As the final round of the Chevron World Challenge begins, I would like to extend my heartfelt thank you to everyone affiliated with the event, especially our title sponsor, Chevron".

He also thanked all supporting sponsors and staff, apologizing for being unable to fulfill his duties as a host and a player in the event.

I guess we will not see him on the golf course until January 2010 and as much as gossip sites are still blazing with Tiger stories, rumours and stupid tidbits of what they call "Information" - let's hope the holiday season will take over and this will all calm down now!

You know something? I am betting that this whole thing is going to get too boring to be following  for any new developments. Let's face it - Tiger did what he did, said what he said, him and his family are obviously dealing with it and that's that. Or it should be.

Especially since Rachel Uchitel just wants to disappear for a while now and doesn't want to have anything to do with all the mess. It has been confirmed that her decision had nothing to do with money, that Tiger did not buy her silence. She cancelled her news conference yesterday, because she is worried about her safety. I am thinking she may have a reason to be. She obviously and admittedly by Tiger himself, had a relationship with him and there is most probably a whole lot she knows. And the world is full of crazy people, so her move is pretty much reasonable and justified. And - even if Tiger bought her silence - so what? He is desperately trying to protect his family privacy as much as possible, so what would be hard to understand?

And just to make it clear - Rachel was pretty strong on one point, stating that she absolutely does not fear Tiger himself - just other people.

And the latest gossip and rumours about Tiger's marriage situation? We hear that him and Elin are getting some pretty intensive councelling and that he - supposedly - gave her $55 million to stay with him for at least 2 more years. They do have a prenup - under those condition, she would get $20 million - but - hey - who's counting?

So this is in fact what the gossip fans have been waiting for: something more interesting to them about Tiger Woods then just his golf accomplishments.

If you are following the gossip sites and rags, you have to be shaking your head in disbelief by now - but no one should really be surprised!

So - first - the woman who supposedly had an affair with Tiger - Rachel Uchitel says she never did. And she travelled to LA to to meet with her attorney  - Gloria Allred. Now the world is waiting to see what their next step will be. Rachel admits she met Tiger - but that is all - she maintains that she didn't have a relationship with him. And she also claims that the "sources" who gave the story to the Enquirer were paid $25,000 each for the story.

Now - there is someone who claims the opposite - Jaimee Grubbs - a cocktail waitress at Stone Rose The only question that remains now is :"Just how many more are going to crawl out of the woodwork, trying to cash in on the situation?" Chances are there will be more. TMZ is doing their best publishing photos of Tiger having a conversation with another woman at a bar in Las Vegas, trying to make a story out it.

Let's face it - it can't be easy for Tiger. Right now, with the publicity and rumours at mountain high - there isn't a whole lot more he can do. When you think about it - whether he makes comments or doesn't - somebody, somewhere will make a big deal out of what should be nothing.

We just hope that he will recuperate from his injuries and get back to that famous Tiger prowl - on a golf course!

Further to my last story, here is what the world has been waiting for - a statement from the man himself - Tiger Woods:

"As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore.
This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be."

So it is pretty much how I predicted it - this will be all that is said - simple statement asking for privacy. All I can comment on is that contrary to his words, watching him play golf, I have often wondered if he was in fact human and I always thought he was perfect.

This is a real treat! There is hardly ever any gossip about Tiger Woods - we must say that he - and his family have done a very, very good job of staying clean and private. Until now....

So - let's start this at a beginning:

Tiger Woods was reported as being in a "serious" condition after a single car crash near his exclusive home in Windemere, Florida. The crash happened at 2:20 am and Tiger ended up in Heath Central Hospital with facial lacerations. As it was reported, Tiger struck a fire hydrant, which is less than 100 feet from his driveway and then a tree on his neighbor's property. What is for sure is that he wasn't drinking.

The police report reads: "Driver had just pulled out of the driveway at this residence...as V1 began to drive on Deacon Circle, V1 struck a fire hydrant. The front of V1 then struck a tree....the driver was transported to Health Central Hospital. The crash remains under investigation and charges are pending"

Apparently - the charges could range from DUI to reckless driving - to nothing at all.

But - one Florida law enforcement official called the whole thing "a domestic issue". Tiger's facial lacerations were not caused by the accident, but rather by his wife Elin. She told the cops about an argument she had with Tiger , after she confronted him about reports that he was having an affair with another woman. Things got pretty hot and she scratched his face up. That is when Tiger decided to get out of the house and Elin followed him with golf club in her hand. Tiger - being a bit distracted, hit the fire hydrant and then a tree - and Elin struck the vehicle several times as it was trying to drive away.

Now - the reports state that she used the club to break the back window to get into the vehicle and get Tiger out and Tiger also stated on Friday that he has been taking pain medication for an injury and that explains why the report further states that he was in and out of it at the scene of the accident.

The police tried to go and have a little visit with Tiger on Friday afternoon - but Elin didn't let them in, telling them that Tiger was sleeping. They will no doubt be back today to try to get the whole story.

Chances are - this whole incident will go away pretty quickly - my guess is that neither Tiger or Elin will give any details, keeping with the efforts to protect their privacy, as they have always done.

So - I would say - whatever you are going to hear or read - believe less than a half. I certainly plan to do that along with enjoying the fenomenal golfing talent of Tiger Woods.

So Khloe got her brand new Range Rover last week and now it's crashed! But this time - all she was doing was watching it crash. She went to Lamar Odom's - that's her hubby in case you don't know - apartment in downtown LA, handed the keys to the valet, who promptly baked it into a wall!

You can imagine - Khloe was pretty much in tears but she did wait until after the game to share the news with Lamar! Good girl!

And what is the famous Kim up to? Well - shopping - what else? And apparently it pays to do that for her! She was seen purchasing a pair of Casadei turquoise thigh boots for measly $1370 ,the store gave her a little gift - a $4000 two karat diamond watch. You ask why? Just cause they were happy for her to show up there I guess. The fancy store? Bourgeoisie Shoes ..... Just so that you know.

You may have already heard - Terrell Owens is now apologizing, saying that he was only being funny when he lashed out at Jessica Simpson for "influencing" Tony Romo.

You see - Jessica is a huge fan of the Cowboys and of Tony Romo, but i it quite well known that the love is not reciprocal - and especially not now after TO got involved! He does say that he had apologized to Romo and tried to have hi call Jessica to explain that he is just a funny guy - but that did not work.

So what happened? T.O. was quite unhappy that Jessica appeared at Texas Stadium for a game that was the worst career showing for Romo and stated that she is not a fan favourite in the locker room right now. He apparently felt that she took his focus away from the game. And in true Big-Mouth T.O. fashion he promised to send her a further message when the Cowboys make the playoffs.

Why did he lashed out at her for really just being at the game? Can you believe he thinks it was the comparison between her and Carrie Underwood that should being blamed for Romo's less than pitiful performance?

OK - so the Cowboys are playing the Redskins this weekend.... What is your bet in this one? The Cowboys are 6-3, leading their division and are favoured to beat the Washington Redskins by 11 points. But hey - check out the picture of Jessica publicly sporting Cowboys alliance! So who cares about the odds, right T.O?

There is a bit of a history btw - last time she publicly stated her support for the Cowboys, they lost to the Giants. And before that, she went on a little trip to Cabos with few of the players - and the team lost the big play-off game in 2008!

Hmmmm - that is developing bit of a pattern - so personally - I really want to see if she shows up at the game this time and can't wait what T.O will say about it if she does!

In the last story I wrote, I did say to stay tuned, because this is by no means over. And so that Carrie sex tapes saga goes on and on.

But now she is getting really angry, because Vivid Entertainment is not taking no for an answer. Remember - they are the guys who want to release the questionable videos and photos.

So Carrie had her lawyer send a letter, threatening to file a lawsuit against Vivid if it releases the videos or any photos, knowing fully that she forbid it.

Carrie's lawyer, Charles LiMandri let Vivid know they even though it was made clear that they are forbidden to release the tapes or any photos, they had apparently told the media that they plan to do it anyway. So he specifically warned them that they will have a lawsuit on their hands, for invasion of privacy, misappropriation of her likeness and public disclosure of private facts. And he adds that a claim for emotional distress for good measure will be included - and that could be a big one!

So - take that! And maybe, maybe.... it is time to leave that girl alone, no?

But - so far it doesn't look like Carrie is all that interested and her mom commented that it will not happen - not at any price.

Carrie always claimed that she was underage when the videos were made - but the guy who calls himself her boyfriend doesn't agree.

Besides - Carrie has other plans to make money. One of them is to sue the Miss California Pageant and its officials for leaking the information that should have been confidential.

So - who knows which way is this all going to go - stay tuned, cause we are sure that this is not over by a long shot!

There is a protective court order from Nassau County, New York, dating back to 2005 which says that Michael Lohan is not to communicate with Dina until 2011.

So he could wind up in a jail cell for his despicable move to release recordings on his family's telephone conversations. And that means that he was prohibited to be on the calls at the first place and that means be broke the restrictions court put on him. So it looks like he could be in for some quality time in prison.

Dina has already contacted her legal team and her attorneys have been in touch with the Nassau County District Attorney - so this is for real.

Unfortunately - as far as Lindsay goes - she had a one year protective order against the idiot who calls himself her dad - but apparently that didn't change or influence the fact that he is an insensitive, backstabbing and fame-hungry jerk.

Does that girl need any more problems?
