The world is shocked! Well - at least the world that thinks a true relationship can come out of a reality TV series.

Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi have officially split up - and now the laugh: they are asking for privacy! Oh grow up - when you parade around doing just about anything for the viewing audience to watch and not just once..... how could you possibly expect privacy now?

Even Lex McAllister - she is the one who got the boot first off The Bachelor is speaking up - she believes that Vienna is absolutely not to blame for the break up. That it was Jake who called it quits, because he believed that Vienna was "stepping out" on him. She also believes that Vienna made only one mistake - and that is falling in love with a man who was not available to her at the first place.

Jake has certainly been around and from what we hear - will be even more often. Just three months ago after being on national TV looking for true love, he showed off all his moves on TV's Dancing with the Stars. Now we hear that he will be invading your living rooms yet again. He is to guest star on the Lifetime show "Drop Dead Diva", starting to tape June 18^th with his episode on the air August 22^nd.

Do you really wanna know who did what to whom? I am getting to the point when I am thinking it's all a big ..... you know what

What is really going on between Joe and Katherine Jackson? Some people, who are close to the family think that Joe is totally manipulating Katherine. And all for the mighty buck - the rumour has it that she is now in erotic content business, partnering with Howard Mann. This a guy who  made fortune on online gambling and erotic online business. She had partnered with him for her new book "Never Can Say Goodbye - The Katherine Jackson Archives".

And that's not all - she has also sold a story about Michael's kids to a tabloid and helped Jow with sales of pretty ugly MJ belts.

All of it doesn't sound quite right to me - she doesn't need the money, so why go through all that? She is getting pretty healthy allowance from the estate and pretty soon will have quite a few millions generated by executors John Branca and John McClain.

Joe has nothing - not a penny from the estate and apparently needs money and needs them now. Still - the rumour is that as much as Katherine is a strong woman, her one weakness is Joe - it spears that there is too much history there and Joe is controlling her. I do hope that the rumours are just that - rumours.

Looks like Perez Hilton overshot his passion for gossip and now he is in potentially big trouble! He could face child pornography charges for tweeting not such a nice picture of no other than Miley Cyrus.

He may think and he may keep saying that he is the "Queen of all Media" but honestly - what he did is a stupid move and the queen could be on its way to a quick checkmate. The picture - in case you want to know- showed minor sweetie Miley getting out of a car a bit awkwardly, suggesting that she was not wearing underwear. I am saying suggesting, because other photos  tell different story. But it really doesn't matter, the bottom line is that he shouldn't have posted any pictures of her! And now it looks like he will be paying for it, because legal conversations have already started. And to add to the buzz, Vegas oddsmakers are predicting Perez Hilton will face charges.

And what does Miley have to say? Nothing - yet. Wisely - she is staying away from the mess, promoting her new album instead. After all - knowing what public thinks about protecting underage youth and the fact that there are quite a few people who are not exactly loving Perez - we think he definitely has a problem. The maximum sentence for child pornography is 15 years in jail and even if it is quite possible that he would not get the maximum, he has got to be shaking in his pink pants!

If you wonder what to get to Michael Jackson fan on your list this Christmas  - there just may be the perfect thing coming into your local stores!

Michael will be starring in a new revolutionary video game - currently untitled - and the rumour is that it will be basically dance karaoke. Gamers will see Michael dancing on teh screen and the challenge will be to imitate his moves.

The game will be available for Xbox 360 and Wii - the Xbox version will incorporate Microsoft's new Kinect motion capture technology. That means that the person playing will be able to play without holding controller. And the player will be judged on full body movements - displaying the gamer's avatar on the screen - dancing right next to Michael! And that's not all - the karaoke feature will be something else - the players will be able to mess around with their voices thanks to an autotune feature.

This game is currently being developed by Ubisoft - these are the people who developed Assassin's Creed and Ghost Recon. And Michael's estate did give a permission to develop the game - so it will happen! Watch for more announcements on this - no doubt there will be more and in time for Christmas!

There are more angry people at Joe Jackson then he probably knows about. The latest to come out lashing at Joe is Dr. Arnold Klein - he is the one that was probably closest to Michael. Dr. Kelin is furious with Joe, claiming Joe could have helped his son a whole lot if he had cared about more than just money, money,money. He adds that as much as Michael was very close with his mother Katherine, Joe talked to him regularly - but all he talked to him about was business. Michael's personal situation did not interest him at all.

And Joe is in hot water even more, because he told News of the World that in his opinion, Katherine is responsible for Michael's death. He feels that she did nothing to make Michael's life easier add some happiness to it. That is pretty much a ridiculous statement, since the world knows what a special relationship Michael had with his mom. And the world also knows what a lousy relationship he had with his father. SO now it sounds he really did himself bad - he was never included in Michael's will and chances of him now being given any sort of an allowance are pretty much zero. What is he - not thinking straight? His only chance was that Katherine was going to be generous to him and now it blew it big time!

Dr. Klein also says that he is fed up with all the drama in Havenhurst (that is the fanily home). His concern is the welfare of Michael's children and the preservation of Michael's memory.

The Michael Jackson manslaughter case is continuing and it sounds like Dr. Murray is trying to have the judge delay the preliminaries, because prosecutors have not handed over all the investigation files. The LA County District Attorney office says that over 3,100 pages have been turned over, including all the expert medical reports. And it is an ongoing process - as the DA's office gets new reports, they are handed over to the defense.

Dr.Murray's people claim they have still not received the full LAPD file - they think it is somewhat suspicious, because they were told way back when that there are thousands of discovery pages - but now the DA's office says that the statement was not correct. That is their reason for asking to postpone the preliminary hearings - they don't know what they don't have. Go figure - lawyers sure know how to tangle up any situation, don't they? The preliminary trial is to start on June 14^th - and we believe Dr. Murray will be there.

The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners have restricted Dr. Murray's medical licence - he cannot prescribe any anesthetic drug normally administered by an anaesthesiologist - and yes - that does include Propofol. He can however prescribe pain and anti-anxiety drugs. Can he do any damage with that you think?

Not exactly sure what happened - but Charlie's plea deal didn't go the way everyone thought. Prosecutor Arnold Mordkin stated in court that they need more time to finish some finer points of the plea deal. And that apparently stunned Charlie's lawyers. Now they all have to return to court on July 12^th.

And why is Gloria Allred in Aspen? She is there with Valerie McFarlane - who was fired from the Aspen PD for giving favourable treatment to a reporter who was working on the story. Rumour has it that she also got some free concert tickets. McFarlane would have been a witness for the prosecution if the case had gone to trial. So Gloria is in Aspen with McFarlane and will hold a news conference after Charlie gets his sentence.

There is also more going on - Beverly Campbell, who is Pitkin County's Jail Administrative Officer spoke up and went right against the deal her boss - the Sheriff himself - supposedly signed off on. Campbell believes Charlie is not eligible for work release and his daily get-out-of-jail pass should be something called "Useful Public Service". That would mean he would only get out between 10am and 4pm (under the work release deal, Charlie was to get out between 8am and 8pm) And that wasn't the only statement Campbell made - she stated that under the Useful Public Service deal, Charlie would have no right to eat, drink sodas or smoke when he is working at the Aspen Theatre. Plus - he would face longer probation after serving his time. So what that all amounts to - the Sheriff and the DA actually signed a plea deal that totally contradicts what Campbell is saying. What's next? Let's just see if the Sheriff will overrule her or discipline her.

He may have got off relatively easy, but like they say : "It isn't over til it's over". The latest is that he will start doing work release tomorrow morning - that is a part of his 30-day sentence. He will be coaching actors for a play titled :"Same Time Next Year". This will be done at Theatre Aspen so that he will be able to leave jail every day at 8 am to return by 8 pm. He will actually be coaching actors for 3 plays "The Onderettes, "Three Little Pigs" and "Same Time Next Year". He will also be helping by meeting and greeting  for Theatre Aspen fundraising and working with kids who are in the theatre group. SO it looks like he just has to get through the court appearance today - the 4 pm hearing should go smoothly, the judge will accept Charlie's plea and then it will be off to the Pitkin County Sheriff's Department to meet up with his probation officer. And he should be in his cell by 7 pm. As I said before, his total jail time will be 17 days - providing he behaves himself. And if he is good, he will have a short probation after serving his time - probably only 30 days. So it looks easy for him..... but...... there maybe something he didn't count on.

It looks like he will have to deal with Gloria Allred - she is in Aspen and she has a woman with her who would have been a witness if Charlie's case had gone to trial. And she is planning to hold a news conference after Charlie's court hearing. Not sure who the woman with her is - but she will apparently be at the news conference and is planning to speak up.

Gloria is not an uknown entity to Charlie - she represented Brittany Ashland who was suing Charlie for allegedly abusing her. They reached a settlement - but the details were not revealed. As to guessing if she is the one with Gloria - not likely. Same goes for Denise Richards and Kelly Preston.

Let's see what surprises are waiting for Charlie.....

It doesn't look like serving time for assault will not be all that difficult for Charlie Sheen. He may not be serving 30 days in jail - only 30 nights.

Apparently, Charlie is eligible for work release - that will allow him to get a job in Aspen during his days there and return each night to sleep in jail. He is planning to plea bargain his case on Monday and it is expected that the judge will declare him eligible for work release. But - after that, it is up to the sheriff to decide if Charlie meets the criteria. Meaning - can he have a productive job in the community. If Charlie meets that, he will get a daytime pass.

Either way - pleading no contest to 3^rd degree misdemeanour and accepting 30-day jail sentence will only mean serving 17 days - with first and last day being only a few minutes behind the bars. So that's not so bad, is it? Makes you wonder what happens to those who are not Charlie Sheen and are charged with the same crime.....
