Could the queen of the idiots, Heidi Montag, finally be wising up to the fact that her idiot boyfriend Spencer is not good for her?
On last night's episode of The Hills, Heidi had to beg for her job back from Sam, big-wig of Bolthouse.
He seemingly reluctantly offered her a trial position at one of his new hotels, but not before telling her to make sure she kept Spencer far away from anything work related.
I believe his exact words were "I dont even know what's going on there - but that's your business." Classic!
The episode started with Heidi blaming Spencer for her losing her job in the first place, which he of course denied and scoffed at.
The episode ended with the sister who has not sustained plastic surgery trauma, Holly Montag, popping back on the scene, this time as Lauren's house guest - since her darling sister kicked her out a couple of episodes ago.
After a wine session with the girls - LC and Lo, Holly vented about how Spencer is affecting Heidi's life. Of course Lauren had plenty to say about the topic, only blaming Spencer though interestingly enough.
The best part about last night's episode, however, was the preview for next week's show.
Holly pays Heidi a vist and lets her know exactly what everyone thinks of her ridiculously stupid boyfriend. After Spencer is once again rude, inconsiderate and selfish, Heidi FINALLY lets him know that HE is the problem in her life.
Could this lead to a break up for Spiedi? I doubt it - both of those kids know how to get publicity - and a break up will be their last headline. Who would have interest in either one of them seperately?

Last night, John McCain made an appearance on the Jay Leno Show and proved that he is humble and funny!
In his first television appearance since his loss to President-elect Barack Obama, Senator Johnny had a lot to talk about.
Here are the 5 reasons why we should still love McCain:
1. He tried to crack a joke in his cute old man way.
When Leno asked him how he is feeling now, a week out of the election, McCain announced he’s been “sleeping like a baby”….sleep two hours, wake up and cry. Sleep two hours, wake up and cry.”
2. He proved he is humble.
“Campaigns are tough..” he told Jay. “ ..Now it’s time for America to join together and suppor the man who was just elected President.”
3. He stuck to his original dumb ass decision of choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate and thanked her for her service to their campaign.
At least he’s being consistent!
4. Being it was Veterans Day Johnny took the time to tell a good old P.O.W. story on the show. I’ll never get sick of those – mavericky!
5. When asked why the American public didn’t get to see the lighter side of John McCain more during his campaign, McCain’s answer was “I didn’t think Americans wanted a stand up comedian in the White House.” He also added this remark in reference to not blaming the media for his loss, “You know, one thing I think Americans don't want is a sore loser."
Combine all this with his stiff armed waves to the audience – how could you not love him!

Whitney Port made a comeback on last night's episode of The Hills, in prep for her new show "The City" no doubt.
We haven't seen much of Whit lately on the show, but last night she made up for it!
Whitney and Lauren got called to New York by super bitch Kelly Catrone, to help out with men's fashion week.
The girls were in charge of dressing and lining up the male models - they're very important!
While working, Port runs into her old friend Alex, who she went on a date with the last time she was in the big apple, and who she apparently kept in touch with over the phone occassionally.
Throughout the episode it became increasingly clear that Alex was still into Whit, and the feeling was not reciprocated.
After the fashion show wrapped, the girls decided to hit the town before their 6:30am flight back to L.A. and a boy - not named Alex - quickly caught her eye.
The oh so sweet, innocent and naive Whitney did not so much as even give the model a second of her time during the night out because she was too busy doing tequila shots and leaving with the Australian musician.Too funny!
In other Hills news, Spencer tries his hardest to get Heidi's job back for her by approaching her boss Brent at a bar, and pleading her case.
Brent's response to Heidi - "your boyfriend is a nightmare" to which Heidi agrees. Hahahahaha
She'll never ditch the loser though, the publicity is too great.

Legend, and openly gay, Melissa Etheridge is speaking out about the passing of California's Proposition 8.
The singer announced, on The Daily Beast, that she will no longer be paying her state taxes, since she is obviously not considered a ful citizen.
Take that Governor Arnie!
Her post included statements like, "Alright then. So my wife, uh I mean, roommate? Girlfriend? Special lady friend? You are gonna have to help me here because I am not sure what to call her now." And when discussing what she could do with her half a million dollars that she normally pays in taxes she said, "What recession? We're gay!"
She also cited Ellen DeGenerous as being one of those "fortunate gay folks" who will be saving a lot of money by not paying taxes.
In short, Etheridge is PISSED and not taking this law lying down.
I say good for her. If America is forward thinking enough now to elect their first black president, you'd think they could get used to homosexuals as well.

Poor old Johnny McCain lost big-time to Democrat Barack Obama in the race for the President of the United States last night.
Here are the top 5 reasons why he could’ve never won this election, no matter how many times he waved his stiff arms around, and called everyone his “friend”.
1. McCain didn’t have the budget to beat his opponent.
Old Johnny only had $85 million to spend on his campaign. Compare that to Barack’s $650 million! The democrat clearly dominated the airwaves. McCain didn’t stand a chance.
2. McCain’s association with George W. Bush.
“W” is one of the most unpopular presidents in American history, and Johnny had a tough time separating himself, considering they are both republican.
I have to say he tried his hardest to let the country know he has different views than the current president without specifically rejecting his presidency.
But everyone knew better, including the republicans!
3. Another crappy association…Sarah Palin.
Where do you start with the problems with Palin? She has no national experience, no foreign experience, didn’t know much about foreign policy. She underwent an ethics investigation, she spent $150.000 on her clothes for the campaign all the while claiming to be the “middle America” hockey mom.
Not to mention all the stupid stunts she pulled like her Katie Couric interview, and being pranked by comedians on the radio.
In short, she’s a dumbass and John picked her to run by his side.
4. McCain’s campaign took personal attacks on Obama too far, according to the media.
Although he only ran 10% more purely negative ads than his opponent, they apparently were more personal.
I guess people don’t take kindly to associating Obama with a terrorist.
5. And finally, he just couldn’t beat Obama’s cool under pressure in the presidential debates.
Johnny wandered around the stage, got pissed off, or tried not to get too worked up and it just looked amateurish beside the “presidential” confidence of Barack.
I take my hat off to the old guy for putting up such a good fight, especially at his age, after he’s tried so many times, and with his health. But it’s just never gonna work!

On last night's episode of The Hills, Heidi Montag finally gets a little piece of what she deserves, by getting fired from her job at Bolthouse!
Brent and his partners planned a big grand opening that had been in the works for four years. Heidi, who was working the event, decided it would be a good idea to drink tequila all night. She also thought it wise to invite Spencer.
After the stalker supreme tracked her down during her Las Vegas trip last season, I would think she'd know better than to have him in her boss's sight.
So, to my most extreme delight, cut to Brent Bolthouse calling Heidi into his office to let her know that he's gone to bat for her one too many times, and she needed to pack up her stuff because he's firing her.
Maybe this will knock the blonde bimbo down a notch. But...somehow I doubt it.
In other Hills gossip, Audrina found her very own pad and moved out of Lauren and Lo's house.
The only shocking thing here is that she asked Justin Bobby to move in with her!
The girl is seriously rivalling Heidi's level of stupidity. It took her four years to get JB to commit to some kind of relationship with her. Now that they've been exclusive for a week - she's thinking he'll move in with her.
And by the sounds of her talk with her sister Casey, who by the way, did not get the looks in the family, Audrina bought the house solely to build her relationship with the scuzz ball.
I think I say it every week but, when will these girls learn.

As I’m sure you all know by now, Governor of Alaska, and Vice Presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, was pranked by two comedians from Montreal this weekend.
The DJ’s, who host a drive home show on the Montreal radio station CKOI-FM, convinced Palin’s staff that French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, wanted to speak with her to wish her well.
It only took the comedians five days and about a dozen phone calls to make this prank of the election happen.
Here are the top 5 moments of this witty prank call.
1. Betsy, who I assume is Palin’s trusty assistant, “handing” over the telephone to the governor before the fake President got on the line, and then Palin covering the receiver with her hand to discuss it when he actually does pick up the phone.
Tip 1: Be more professional, it’s called a hold button.
2. Addressing the French “President” as Nicolas. Don’t address the President of another country, who you’ve never met, by their first name. I think that might be in a VP etiquette book somewhere.
3. When asked whether she’s seen the Prime Minister of Quebec, Mr. Richard Z. Sirois, at one of her rallies, she quickly replies nope but it’s been great working with the Canadian officials.
It may be beneficial for Palin to learn how bordering countries govern and the names of their officials.
4. When the “President” tells Palin his wife is so hot in bed, and then sings the lyrics to a song she made up for the Governor.
This really displays how Sarah does not really listen to what other people are saying to her, because she immediately starts on about how hard working his wife must be.
5. And yet another example of number 4, and I quote “I must tell you I loved the documentary made about you – Nailin’ Palin.” To which Sarah responds…”ooohhh thank you!”
And for the finale, when the DJ’s told Palin she’d been pranked, she mutters a couple of things and hands the phone back to trusty old Betsy.
This prank couldn’t have come at a better time what with the election only hours away. Well done!

Growing up and becoming a sex symbol is the way to go in Hollywood if you started out as a child star. Otherwise you’d better come in as a sex symbol already.
And the same rules apparently apply for Hilary Duff. Or at least she tried to make them apply.
The child Disney star tries to take on a sexy, bad girl image in her newest video, “Reach Out And Touch Me,” which samples Depeche Mode’s “Personal Jesus.”
Unfortunately, I’m not sure the singer pulled this off so well considering she looked very awkward reaching out and touching anything in the video that was released on her MySpace page, not to mention the humping of a lawn statue.
Ya, I’m serious.
Oh well, I guess it’s the normal growing up process of a Hollywood star! She’ll grow into her sluttiness and trouble-making.

Due to the looming United States Presidential election, the View's youngest, and possibly most annoying co-host, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, has set a record. Well, a record according to Whoopi Goldberg. And Whoopi's like 100 years old isnt she? So it must be some sort of record.
Goldberg revealed at a panel discussion on Art and Educational Justice on Monday, that of all the show's hosts, Elisabeth receives the most death threats.
It's not tough to see why, I dont think I know anyone who enjoys listening to Hasselbeck yammer on during that hour-long show!
The talk show host is best known on the show for her outspoken political views - which always harshly oppose that of any other woman sitting around the table with her.
And considering the way she chooses to oh so annoyingly voice those opinions, I cant say I'm surprised about her "record-setting" news.
Whoopi reported that she respects her co-host "tremendously" and that they could not have a dialogue without her.

Is it just me, or is anyone else over the Audrina, Justiin Bobby drama?
This is about the third week in a row where the show has been all Audrina all the time, and I for one am sick of it.
The girl never makes a good decision. In fact she hasnt made a new decision in four years. The process goes:
1. Hang out with Justin Bobby
2. Get dissed by Justin Bobby
3. Find a WAY nicer guy who likes her and gloat about how he treats her so well
4. Dump the nice guy and go back to Justin Bobby
All the new-breasted reality star talks about is how Justin Bobby sucks but how much she loves him.
That guy's got her right where he wants her. He can, and has, done whatever he wants to and she'll always come running back to him.
I'll reiterate my thoughts from last week - STUPID GIRL.
Anyhoo, onto other repetitive Hills news: Spencer's a douche...still. Heidi's an idiot....still. Stephanie seeks approval from her brother...for reasons no one can figure out.
These kids are idiots - oh how I love The Hills!
